Priorities for Support
The following priorities for support aim to address the current financial challenges facing the College. All gifts made to College priorities also count towards the University's Oxford Thinking campaign.
The Chemistry Fellowship Appeal
An appeal to endow, permanently, a Tutorial Fellowship in Chemistry. This endowment will help secure the future of tutorial teaching of all three branches of Chemistry in the College.
The Ship Street Centre
A once in a lifetime opportunity. This £7.3m project provides student accommodation and valuable teaching space on the College’s historic central site.
The Development Fund
The Development Fund has been set up to pool many regular donations in order to provide a flexible source of annual income that can be distributed to projects that need it most.
The Junior Members' Scholarship
Established by the Junior Members of the College, the Fund enables current students and recent graduates to contribute to the sponsorship of a full undergraduate place for a person from an area where access to higher education is restricted. The first scholarship is being awarded to someone from Gaza.
The Don Fowler Memorial Fund
This fund has been established to support scholarships in Classics, in memory of Don Fowler, a Classics Fellow at the College from 1981 until his death in 1999.
