Academic Background

I studied English (MPhil and Agrégation in Literature) and French Law (LLB) at the University of Paris, where I went on to become a Teaching Assistant in English for undergraduate and graduate students.

Undergraduate Teaching

I teach the literary essay in French as well as the French dissertation littéraire, the synthèse exercise,  translation, linguistics, vocabulary, oral and aural skills.

Research Interests

I am primarily working on the functions of the creation of the museum of British and international modern and contemporary art in London (Tate Modern) towards my PhD La Tate Modern, un musée au présent. My research is interdisciplinary and focussed on the aesthetic and ideological, but also political and economic dimensions at stake. I also continue working on literary and critical theory on the other hand.

Other Interests

I am a member of Geiab (Interdisciplinary Research Group on British Art).

Museums, drama. Human Rights and Politics, especially in the US.
