This new and generously illustrated history of Jesus College, in celebration of our 450th anniversary, gives an invaluable account of the past and an inspiring view of our future. Incorporating new research from the College archives, with chapters on our heritage and buildings, our artistic and literary treasures, and our community today – it presents a comprehensive and highly-readable record.
We are delighted to announce the launch of a limited clothing range to mark the celebration of our 450th Anniversary. Taking as our inspiration the College Charter of 1571, these specially-designed t-shirts and sweatshirts feature our 450th campaign tagline ‘For all future times’ and are made from 100% organic cotton and recycled materials, derived from sustainable sources and approved by the Fair Wear Foundation.
We are committed to supporting the Oxford community during the current pandemic, and so have collaborated with local clothing company Blueblood (located in the Covered Market) to produce and sell the range. In addition, we will be donating £1 from every t-shirt and £2 from every sweatshirt sold to Oxford Mutual Aid, a city-based charity that is supporting at-risk communities across Oxford at this challenging time.
