Academic Background
I did my BA and MA studies at the University of Buea in Cameroon. I completed my PhD in 2024 at Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) as a MINI-ARC research fellow. I am coming to Oxford as a Wiener-Anspach postdoctoral researcher to work with Jesus College’s Prof. Daniel Altshuler.
Research Interests
My primary research interests are in language description, language documentation, and typology. I am particularly interested in the Masa languages, a branch within the Chadic division of the Afroasiatic phylum.
Hobbies
I enjoy cooking and walking.
