Welfare Officer Carol Lole-Harris, Jesus College, Stairwell 1, Room 4 (welfare@jesus.ox.ac.uk). Carol is the first point of contact for welfare issues and offers a mixture of bookable appointments and drop in sessions. She will be available in College on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays.

Fellow for Welfare Professor Alexandra Gajda (Room 15.6 alexandra.gajda@jesus.ox.ac.uk) is a point of contact for any welfare problem a student might have. She holds a weekly office hour during Full Term, weeks 1-8, on Monday, 9:00am-10:00am, when any student may drop in. 

Acting Academic Director (2-79720, Room III/4a). Dr David Harris (david.harris@jesus.ox.ac.uk) advises on all welfare concerns especially those which affect your academic studies.

Mr Sailesh Vyas advises on academic, exam and individual requirements, academic provision for students with disabilities, financial matters and other issues. Sailesh is the Disability Co-ordinator for students at Jesus College, facilitating the implementation of provision for students with disclosed disabilities.

Jesus College Counsellor, Jesus College, Stairwell 1, Room 4. Juliet Bulman (counsellor@jesus.ox.ac.uk) provides a confidential space to listen to your emotional concerns and issues.  Appointments by arrangement, Mondays 0th-9th week

Chaplain (2-79757, Room XIV.2) The Reverend Dr John Findon gives pastoral support to all members of the College regardless of religious affiliation.

Weekend Welfare Dean Abi Branford (07423763171) is available during the day from 8am-7pm on Saturdays and Sundays for welfare matters which can't wait until Monday.

Junior Dean (junior.dean@jesus.ox.ac.uk; 2-79683, 07590 807399, Room XI.6) Victoria Cox and Kyle Davison are contactable in the evening and at night on matters concerning inconsiderate behaviour, illness or personal problems.

International Advisor Ewan Smith (ewan.smith@jesus.ox.ac.uk) is available to help students settle in, learn about local culture, or answer queries about living in the UK.
