Jesus College, Oxford invites applications for a Non-Stipendiary Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Management, tenable for three years from 1 October 2018. The JRF is open to those intending to pursue research and who are at an early stage of their academic career, typically at post-doctoral level. Applications from people working in the fields of sociology, psychology, economics, or other cognate social sciences are welcome so long as their research is relevant to the study of management, including management in the non-profit and public sectors. A salary enhancement of £2,320 p.a., free meals in College, College office-space equipped with computer and printer, and an annual research allowance of £1,000 are offered. Applicants must have their research funded from another source.
