Environmental Sustainability at Jesus College

Towards a greener future

Jesus College recognises the urgent need to address the climate crisis, and our community is committed to reducing its impact on the environment. This work is driven by our senior leadership, staff and students across all aspects of College life.

Our new Strategic Plan 2023-2027 places sustainability front and centre of our ambitions for the next five years. Our ultimate goal is to comply with the University’s net zero carbon target by 2035, and we will direct our academic, operational and financial resources to that end.

In this section, you can find information on the College’s new Sustainability Strategy, and the actions we have already taken towards a greener future.
