Jesus College, Oxford invites applications for a fixed-term six-hour Stipendiary Lecturership in Politics from 1 January 2022 until 31 December 2022. The successful candidate will be able to teach political theory to undergraduates including the political theory side of the Prelims Politics paper, the Theory of Politics Finals paper, and one or more of the political theory-related option papers for Finals (e.g., Plato to Rousseau, Bentham to Weber, Marx and Marxism, Advanced Paper in Theories of Justice). In addition, they will be expected to set and mark College examinations, to participate in the routine administration of PPE and History & Politics, to take part in undergraduate admissions, and to assist in the pastoral care of undergraduates reading the subject.

Jesus College, Oxford invites applications for a fixed-term six-hour Stipendiary Lecturership in Statistics from 1 January 2022 until 31 December 2022. The successful candidate will be able to teach Probability, Statistics and Analysis to first and second year undergraduates. In addition, they will be expected to set and mark College examinations, to participate in the routine administration of Mathematics, to take part in undergraduate admissions, and to assist in the pastoral care of undergraduates reading the subject.

The full time salary range for this post is currently £22,847 – £27,116 per annum, equivalent to Grade 4 on the Jesus College scale.
We’re currently looking to recruit Maintenance Team Members who will work as part of a small team to carry out varied maintenance and repair tasks on Jesus College properties. Support is given by contractors for heating and water maintenance and for major repairs.
