You and a guest are warmly invited to come and try your hand at Clay Pigeon Shooting, followed by an informal social at the nearby Grandison pub. Dear fellow alumni,

I am delighted to host this social event in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside. This afternoon programme will feature a clay pigeon shoot with the ground’s head instructor Daniel McDonnell, followed by an invitation to reconvene at the local pub.

Upon arrival, you will be offered a cup of tea along with a quick safety briefing where attendees will be split into smaller teams which will then head out to the various stands to start shooting. Each individual will shoot about 50 clays. Guns, clays, cartridges, ear defenders etc. will be provided to all those who need them at the grounds and are included in the price. The shoot will end at 4PM and we will then move on to the pub for those who want to.

The cost to participate in the clay pigeon shoot is £70 and includes instructors plus all equipment, teas, coffees, chocolates, biscuits etc. Payment will be required on the day at the grounds (cash and cards will be accepted).

I look forward to welcoming you!

With Best Regards,
Christopher de Gruben
